We are a small, family-run farm. My partner, Chris, and I run our leased plot as effecieinmtly as we can to get the most out of our wonderful soil and small space. We are fairly small-time right now, focusing on farmers' markets and some smaller natural foods markets and restaraunts. We have a pretty good "greens following". That is, we are fairly well-known for our lettuces, spinaches, etc. We are not only organic, but frankly, we don't use anything but our hands and our hand tools. Of course, there's the tiller...but aside from that!
