I have a small family run farm that has been selling quality beef for over 30 years at a very good price per pound. My cattle are fed twice daily and allowed to graze the rest of the day. Standard feed is alfalfa hay, corn, and oats which is grown on the farm. I never have used protien supplements. I no longer butcher on our farm, but can suggest several butcher shops in the area that can cut and wrap to your desired cut and weight per package. Beef is sold only 1/2 and whole steer.
