In the "olden days", herbs were a big part of everyday life. Before culinary use was popular, herbs were used to ward off evil humors or spirits and to keep insects away. "Strewing" is a term used to describe what they did with these special plants.
My Ball sachets are made up of leaves, petals and buds of aromatic herbs from my park , with a few miniture cones thrown in. They are then sprayed lightly with Essential infused oil.
Clearing Ball Sachets include these dried herbs:
Achillea, Artemesia, Calamint, Curly Mint, Hyssop, Peppermint,Motherwort, and Wormwood.
They are sprayed with a grapeseed infused oil with Eucalyptus and Peppermint Essential oils.
You can also use these as compresses or bath teas!
(3 balls to a tub works well.)
Set this out to ward off "evil and otherwise offensive humors" (odors)!
Fresh organic herbs are best...I only sell from last season's harvest. If you see special order* at the top of the product page, it means I have the herb, but it's not packaged, so it may take 2 weeks to receive it.This tends to happen during peak planting and harvest times when things get busy.
