A bistro is a neighborhood restaurant, where guests come to unwind, celebrate and enjoy in one another's company over great food and wine. Our priority is to provide our guests with top quality food and wine in a warm and friendly environment. We returned to the Methow Valley because of our love for the area and the community. The availability of fresh, local and organic products from apples to zucchini inspires us to create simple, fresh and delicious dishes, to bring the flavor of the fields to the plate.
