The Ashland County Food Enterprise Center will become an innovative 50,000 sq.ft. food incubator. Start-up and existing food-related businesses can rent this state-of-the-art kitchen on an hourly basis to accelerate their market access. ACFEC is open to all types of businesses but is growing in popularity among small farmers looking for inexpensive means to add value to crops.
Local community leaders are actively involved in providing business assistance as well as help in placing goods in local stores.
