We are a small goat & sheep operation raising clean, quality meat for ourselves & sell the rest to local people. We believe in preserving traditional skills & teach customers how to humanely slaughter & process their animal(s) if they wish to learn these skills. We will be using a Merino crossbred ram starting this year to improve our wool quality. Wool is for sale in the Spring & we also allow people to view/chose animals from outside of our pens. Raw Jersey milk is available thru a cow share contract starting Oct 2011. Raw goat milk by goat share contract will be back in Spring of 2012 as well. Please contact us by phone. Mention Local Harvest & leave a return number if you get the voicemail. Repeat the number at least once, slowly. Email only gets looked at on occasion but we try to check the phone at least once a day. We will happily return your call.
