Price includes delivery to a city near you.
Pick up locations are currently in Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Lynchburg. Other locations can be established: Let us know if we need to have a location more convenient to you.
A Whole Share at one biweekly pick up may consist of :
(1) 3 lb beef roast,
(6) 8 oz. ribeye steaks,
(3) 1 lb packages of ground beef,
(2) 1 lb packages of stew meat,
(2) 5 lb whole chickens.
Thanksgiving week, whole share members will also receive a premium 16-20 lb turkey.
Shares may be with friends or family members.
Although Share Subscriptions are not refundable, they are transferable.
All beef and poultry are pastured, and raised without antibiotics, or hormones. All meats are processed without additives or preservatives. Biweekly deliveries, the 2nd week of June thru Thanksgiving week, are made in several cities throughout VA. Upon registration, a convenient location for member pick up will be established. Members may also pick up biweekly shares at the farm, on Saturdays. Deliveries for Whole Shares consist of 10-12 lbs of a variety of USDA vacuum packed beef cuts (high end cuts as well as ground beef & roasts), and 8-10 lbs of poultry (whole roasing chickens or cornish game hens). Whole Share Members also receive a premium 16-20lb turkey the week of Thanksgiving. With a week's notice, specific cuts may be substituted (given availability) to meet menu preferences.
