August Earth

August Earth is south of New Ulm and just outside Hanska, MN on Omsrud Lake. We are in the process of certifying to organic. This is our new location, we were previously outside of Hutchinson, MN. We have a CSA farm that grows a variety of vegetables and we will be adding asparagus, berries, plums, and cherries to our boxes within a few years. We also offer exciting preserving shares, like bulk tomatoes, pesto shares, and a Thanksgiving/Winter Share.

Our weekly CSA services the New Ulm/Hanska/St. James area but we deliver our preserving shares to a larger geographic area, including the metro. Our website is loaded with recipes that help you with your seasonal produce, and we keep a blog that keeps everyone up to date on farm happenings. We also have a facebook page, "August Earth."
