How do you take your herbs?...
Herbs, of course, have been part of man's lifestyle since "The Beginning"... It seems that no matter how far we go to find the best things in life, we keep coming back to the "simples" of what is right around us. Add a new dimension to "doing something good for yourself" with herb teas. Research shows infusions (teas) are one of the best ways for the body to accept help!
