Autumn Beauty Sunflower-(Helianthus annus)- A stunning mixture of bright warm colored flowers. The strong stemmed blooms grow on tall branching plants producing an abundance of cut flowers for casual bouquets. Use as a backdrop for shorter plantings, as a temporary hedge or for color in the vegetable garden. This strain is famous for its variable flowers. Approximately 5 in. across in yellow, orange red, gold, deep red, brown, and endless bi-color combinations.
I try to grow all plants organically or hydroponically whenever possible. I do not use chemical pesticides and prefer organic pest control and the use of predatory insects.
