Autumn Grove Farm specializes in heritage breed Bourbon Red Turkeys and Angus Beef Cattle. Turkeys and cattle have access to 90 acres of lush green pastures to graze and fresh well water daily. The animals do not receive any steroids or growth hormones. Antibiotics are used only on as needed basis. The cattle are grass fed only, and the turkey supplemental grain is custom blended and uses many organic approved ingredients. Many organic practices are implemented on the farm such as pasture rotation to ensure clean and nutrient rich grasses, natural fly control, and natural weed control. Dressed birds will be available for Thanksgiving 2009 and the beef is sold on the hoof starting at a quarter to whole cow purchase. Farm tours are available by appointment.
