About 35 vendors offer everything from fresh, seasonal and some organic fruits and vegetables; locally produced honey; meats; eggs; flours; French and Polish baked goods; gluten-free baked goods; olives, tapenades, and spices; fair trade gourmet coffee; pet treats; organic tomato-based sauces and salsas; organic household cleansers and mosquito repellent; live plants; made-to order crepes and pork sandwiches; and much more. Music and family entertainment includes bluegrass musicians who invite everyone to join them in playing and singing, and a Children's Craft Class is from 10 am - 12 Noon. Other entertainment includesyoga classes and belly dancing. The Independence Park Farmers Market was deemed to be "...Worth a trip" by the inaugural 2011 Michelin Guide, and featured again in the 2012 edition of this prestigious publication.
