We are a "micro" bakery located in the hills of SW Vermont. We feature artisan bread utilizing local flour and baked in our home built wood fired brick oven. Additonally we offer hand crafted fine pastries and other wholesome foods using local produce.

Our Products can be purchased at The Wallomsac Farmer's Market in Bennington Vermont. The market season runs from early May to the end of October. Additonally there is a winter market the third Saturday of the Month from November to April.

We also offer wholesale accounts.
