One of the best things about raising alpacas is playing with the adorable babies, called "crias." We are currently birthing about 20 crias a year, and it is always exciting to see what color each new one will be.
We breed for special colors, and are sometimes rewarded with extra-special ones like the pink-tinted silver fleece sported by the depicted cria, Kenny's bottle-raised "daughter" Pooh.
