Back In Thyme Lavender and Country Gifts

We have 5 acres of rolling hill farm land in the northwest corner of Whatcom County that we are currently growing 17 varieties of lavender as well as multilple herbs, roses, hops, grapes and veggies. During the months of June-August fresh lavender bundles are available and after that it is available in dried bundles or sachets. The majority of plants that we grow are constantly being harvested and dried for later use in salves, potpourris, oils, soaps, or other products that we enjoy using and have for sale. Most of the herbs used in our products are grown here on our property but there are a few that we wildcraft. Our shop changes with the seasons: in summer is a drying and processing time, fall and winter we utilize natures gifts into herbal salves, soaps, sachets, potpourris, oils, teas, and holiday gift baskets.

Back In Thyme is a labor of love giving us an opportunity to share what we have created. We like the personal relationship we have with growing, tending, and harvesting the plants, drying and preserving the harvest, and making products that are useful and enjoyable to others.
