We grind our own flour for the breads, cookies, pancakes, and so on. The sugar comes from a farm in Michigan using sugar beets. And all the other products we can't grow ourselves we get to know the farmers, and their practices.
All of our mixes are recipes that I have wrote myself. And they are tried and true. We have family, friends and even strangers try all of our mixes before we market them. We have them tell us what they think about them. Tasting is believing. We are not just another Mix company. We take pride in all of our mixes.
