Bart's Ice Cream Cafe' is a locally owned and managed business in the Connecticut River Valley. Our mission is to provide inexpensive, light meals using regionally grown and produced products whenever possible. We use Wheel View Farm's grass fed beef for our burgers, maple syrup from local maple producers, Diemond Farm Eggs, Appalachian Mountain dressings and sauces, Old School Bakery breads, Pierce Brothers Organic Fair Trade Coffee and of course Bart's Super-Premium and Snow's Premium ice creams, sauces and syrups made right here in Greenfield at 80 School Street.

We are conveniently located near the GCC downtown building and across from the Town Green. Open for breakfast, lunch and lite dinners.
