(Ocimum basilicum minimum LAMIACEAE)
Very aromatic miniature (8 to 12") bush basil. This basil has a lot to offer. It is one the prettiest basils with small shiny leaves (3/4" long) on highly-branched, short stems with very compact growth. The plants have a beautiful mound shape. Excellent for flower boxes, herb gardens, rock gardens, and accents in flower gardens. Highly recommended both as an ornamental and culinary basil. Excellent for salads, and good for pesto. Has a smooth basil flavor with no harsh overtones.

All seeds are non-gmo, open-pollinated and untreated. Most seeds are naturally grown and a few are certified organic. Our vegetable seeds do especially well in hot, humid climates where vegetable production can be difficult. Our herb selection also includes dormant root stock of ginger, ginseng, goldenseal, black cohosh, false unicorn, and wild yam.
