Influenza is more pronounced than a cold in that it infects the lungs, the joints. Flu typically starts in early November and can go until March.
Drop this bath tea bag into a tub full of running bath water and get in and soak for at least 20 minutes. Use no other cleaning agents or soap as this is not that type of bath. While you are soaking, you might also want to drink my Tea ( does not contain eucalyptus) that I make up for the flu. Check my medicinal teas section.
When you are done with your bath, towel dry and try not to use lotions, powders, etc as the herbs will still be working. Also, take this bath just before you retire and it will be an added benefit.
Each single tea bag is filled with herbs and has just the right amount of herbs for one luxurious bath
FOOT PAMPERERS are small teabags filled with these herbs that you just toss in a foot basin of water and soak your feet for up to 30 minutes. Many herbs work through the feet to go through all of the body. Each foot pamperer can be used once.
Each MUSLIN BAG can be used twice.
Bath bags and foot pampers are tucked inside a pretty beaded, claret organza bag!
eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint, rosemary, epsom salt

For the most part unless mentioned otherwise, each tea bag will make 2 cups of tea; one ounce of just an herb is about a sandwich bag, and sometimes a little more. If an ounce of herb tea it would be about 1/2 a sandwich bag. If it is a root herb such as burdock root it is heavier, thus an ounce would be about a quarter of a sandwich bag. Comfrey, plantain and nettle leaves would be in a quart size bag.
