These differ from tension headaches in that they seem to come in clusters over several hours. SYMPTOMS: a mild aching on one side of the head, as the pain becomes more severe, it is usually localized around one eye and accompanied by nasal congestion and flushing.
Accompanied by nasal congestion and pain in the forehead and both eyes.
The herbs that I use are for both conditions, since they are very closely related.
These herbs are not to take internally.

Each bath tea has just the right amount of herbs for one bath.
Full tub bath teas (where bath tub is as full of water as can be) are a little bit larger than the sitz bath (where the water goes only as far as the hips) . The sitz bath teas can also be used as foot bath teas.
3 x5 muslin bags can be used 2 or 3 times. Instructions will be included as to how to use them properly.
There are no oils added to my bath herbs , so your bathing experience is free from worry about oil residue and tub clean up, and , slipping and injuring yourself .

For the most part unless mentioned otherwise, each tea bag will make 2 to 3 cups of tea; If loose herb tea, two ounces will make about 23 cups of tea . One ounce of just an herb is about a sandwich bag, and sometimes a little more. If it is a root herb such as burdock root it is heavier, thus an ounce would be about a quarter of a sandwich bag. Comfrey, plantain and nettle leaves would be in a quart size bag.
