The bay leaf can be grown in other parts of the country but seems to do well here. This will be the first of an herb program I will be launching in the near future even though bay leaves come from a tree they are still marketed in the herb section of your grocery stores.

We use them in rice and beans in this part of the country but I'm sure you can find many uses for this versatile leaf. They fit nicely as an add on to any fruit order and will ship well in the box your fruit is coming in although you may order them on there own as well.

So go ahead and snap up your next dish with some day 1 fresh bay leaves.

Due to the unusually hot summer, shipping highly perishable fruit is more tricky than usual Some fruit is arriving over-ripe. If you have an issue with your order, please call me. I pack every box myself, and want you to be happy with your fruit!
