As a professional chef at an exclusive country club for 16 years, I learned that bay and rosemary are two herbs I can not do without. Both impart that genuine Italian flavor to your cooking. Rosemary is probably the flavor you're after when you buy that big container of Italian Seasoning. But it doesn't end there. Every chicken or lamb dish I prepare contains rosemary. Always. It is mandatory. Bay adds that husky, rich flavor to any soup, stew or sauce. I wouldn't even bother to make my famous chili without it. If you are wondering what it is that sets restaurant food apart....here you go.
This wreath contains hundreds of bay leaves,and several generous branches of rosemary. As for the flowers, they are preserved from my own garden. Flowers will vary from season to season, subject to availability. Wreath measures approx. 16" X 16". The best part is the marvelous, unique aroma imparted by both of these herbs.
Great for gift giving, or to hang in your own kitchen, to pluck and use as needed.
I recommend using the rosemary within about a month or so, as they dry quickly. The bay leaves will weather to a lovely, soft olive green, and be usable in your cooking for a year or more.

Each product is individually picked and processed (as in naturally dried) by me. This is the spot that Luther Burbank declared to be "God's chosen spot on the earth, as far as nature is concerned." Our plants grow strong and tall here......good stock produces good product.
