The market prioritizes organically and sustainably grown items produced within 50 miles of the market. The market features pastured poultry, eggs, lamb, and goat cheeses, grass-finished beef, vegetables, berries, tree fruits, breads and baked goods, raw milk yogurt, raw local honey and maple syrup, preserves, prepared foods, fiber products, organically grown flowers, handmade soaps and lotions, bedding plants and native plants.

Chefs' demonstrations, food tastings, children's activities and other educational events, as well as weekly live music add to the market's popularity.
