Scarlet Runner- First written about around 1750, these are an old type of bean that loves to run (climb) 10-20Ã???. The flowers are bright red and highly attractive. The seeds are 1.5Ã??? born in 6-8Ã??? pods. The provenances of my beans are from an old friend of mine in Lancaster County PA.
