Beauregards is a four season farm just South of Williamsville, growing many varieties of heirloom vegetables, flowers and herbs. Beauregards has been in a sustainable, holistic production since 1993 for my family's table, and as of 2006 the farm began producing full time for the community. Ornamental corns, gourds, pumpkins and grasses are also grown. A farm tour is in the works for early to midsummer. Of note: Please know, should you have any questions about how food that you purchase through Beauregards, or local markets is grown, please call and set up a visit so you can see for yourself! ( I will try to accomodate....busy, busy, busy!!!)
Many chickens, guineas, dogs, cats and peacocks call this place home, they all have their job to do in sustaining the natural balance in the environment that has been created in our little sanctuary called Beauregards.
