Rosemary is used in the preparation of herb breads, stuffing, fresh fruit salads, fish, lamb, marinades, rice and pickles. Rosemary is also popular when grilling red meats and even vegetables.
To keep fresh, refrigerate. If rosemary becomes wilted, revive in an ice water bath.
