Bedlam Acres Farm is a diversified farm focusing on the humane and natural production of rare heritage breeds of livestock. Our centerpiece operation is our herd of Ossabaw hogs, which we raise outdoors so that they have constant access to grass, roots and nuts! Ossabaw hogs are the best tasting pigs available but are extremely rare (they are listed on the Slow Food Ark of Taste and on the ALBC's Critically Endangered list). In addition to the pigs, we raise Narangansett turkeys and Delaware chickens (all of which are raised outside, on pasture). None of our animals receive vaccinations or antibiotics. Taste the difference!
