Beech Springs Farm

Beech Springs Farm specializes in Certified Naturally Grown heirloom produce, harvested at the peak of freshness and available in 2012 as CSA shares. We offer two share sizes: a full share, which will typically feed a household of four or more; or a half share, which should be sufficient for a household of one to two adults and younger children. Shares may be picked up at the farm on Thursdays from 3 pm to 6 pm. The season will run for 26 weeks from May 3 to October 25.

This year our CSA shares offer members greater flexibility. Instead of purchasing a share for a set number of weeks, members purchase 22 weeks of produce, to be picked up within a 26-week period. The total cost of the share will be placed into an account and for every week produce is received, the weekly cost will be subtracted from the total amount paid. (more...)
