Berkshire Pork at it's best! This Crown Roast is also refered to as a Standing Rib Roast. The Rib roast is a smaller version of the crown roast, only 4 frenched bones (no wild rice with this roast) The crown is complete with MN Grown Wild Rice and recipe for Wild Rice Stuffing. Serves 15 guests, leaving some leftovers. Bake for 31/2 hours in your oven @ 350 with the stuffing, to 140 internal temp. Let rest for 15 minutes then carve. Serve the wild rice stuffing on the side. Add sliced apples to the stuffing for added flavor. Serve with fresh cranberry relish.
The rib bone tips are frenched long, 2 inches, and the roast is tied in a circle, for that perfect presentation! Just cut inbetween the bones, and serve with wild rice stuffing. Recipe included. Very juicy, tender and amazing Berkshire flavor. Accented with natural, MN Grown Wild Rice and garnish with fresh cranberry relish!

Our meat is shipped flash frozen and shrink wrapped, to lock in flavor at its peak. This is the best way to purchase pork and chicken when shipping any distance. Place in freeze upon arrival or use within 4 days.
We butcher every other week in the summer and winter months. We never have a large inventory but enough to fill orders, supply a few retail co-ops and enough to take to the farmers market.
