Opened since August 2002,in the downtown Erie. Originaly from Orleans France. Living in Erie since 1984. Member of the restaurant association, American culinary federation with the level of Certified executive chef,whole foods co-op,FMP. I am looking for anything grown localy and organic. Vegetables, fruits, eggs, chickens, rabbits, turkeys, pork, beef, bison, deer, ducks, pheasants, quails,squab... Anything that is homegrown. Cooking is the easy part! To find the products is difficult! I am passionate about cooking with locally grown foods and organic products. Try my restaurant,you won't be disappointed!! Merci.

Serving dinner tu-thu 4:00pm to 9:00pm fri-sat 4:00pm to 10:00pm Sunday brunch 11:00am to 2:00pm Classic French. Frog legs,escargots,I make my own pates and foie-gras,Duck,veal,tournedos Rossini and au poivre,venison,coq au vin,lamb,porc and seafood. The menu changes often upon avaibility.I am always looking for natural products.I now have a full bar and the wine is flowing...I also have a couple of organic wines. Merci et a bientot.
