Betsy's Farm was founded by Ed Bowser and Amy Knisley in 2005 in Warner, NH. In 2006 we became certified organic through the NH Dept. of Agriculture, selling our produce to two CSAs, a food buying club and the Concord Farmers' Market. In 2007 we moved to Maine. We attained organic certification through the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA), and continued selling a wide selection of produce at our farm stand, farmers' markets, three natural food stores and eventually our on-farm CSA. 2011 found us moving again, for what we expect to be the last time! To be nearer family, we purchased land in the Pigeon River valley, a few miles south of Canton, North Carolina. W
