We tell people that our Black Currant Jelly is a mature, classy flavor. Not that we have anything against the jellies that go so well with peanut butter - well, actually, this makes a mean PB&J, too. It's just that it's so gosh darn delicious that you won't want to share it with anyone. Maybe you'd better get 2 jars.
We grow or pick wild nearly all the fruit in our jams, jellies, syrups and salsas. We use our grandmothers' recipes, made safer and often better than the original.
