It was a great year for wild blackberries on the farm, and I picked a bumper crop. The freezer is stocked full, so I can make preserves all winter long...or at least as long as the berries hold out.

I don't use pectin or any artificial preservatives, but my jams and jellies are loaded with sugar. No spices added this time, as the berries have such a good flavor on their own.
This is a jam, so the fruit is in it's natural state, with all the seeds...just cooked down to spread well.
