I just wanted to let you all know about a new project in the works in
North Central Massachusetts. Called the North Country Sustainability Center, Inc. if we reach our goal we will operate a sustainable ag/arts/economic development center for everyone to use. NCSC will include a commercial kitchen, a micro-creamery, eventually a smokehouse and wood fired oven, along with community gardens, classes in practical skill such as sewing, cooking, farming, woodworking, and offering acoustic performances and
demonstrations in various forms of art.  We just got approved for incorporation, and now how have to complete the non-profit status, but you can learn more about us at www.northcountrysustain.org. or follow us on
