CREAMED HONEY is now available in light as well as the dark buckwheat varieties.  This finely crystallized honey occurs naturally;  nothing is added.  Our creamed honey is raw and unfiltered and so contains small bits of wax, pollen, and propolis--just as it comes from the hive.

Creamed honey is a shelf stable, soft spread and is easy to use.  It is available in 1-lb plastic cups, 5-lb glass jars, or 1-gal pails.

Buckwheat is a very dark honey, like molasses in flavor.  (I use it in my gingerbread cookies, also in coffee)  It is known for its nutritional value--the darker the honey the more mineral and antioxidant content.

Creamed honey does not get hard; its semi-soft texture makes it easy to serve.
