Hi Honey Lovers:

Just a note for those looking for food gift ideas:  we have half-pint jars of naturally creamed buckwheat honey.  SM-O-O-TH   ($3 ea.)

Buckwheat is a very dark honey, like molasses in flavor.  (I use it in my gingerbread cookies, also in coffee)  It is known for its nutritional value--the darker the honey the more mineral and antioxidant content.

Creamed honey does not get hard; its semi-soft texture makes it easy to serve.
