Goat Peak Ranch near Red Wing, Minnesota is preparing for the upcoming 2012 kidding season, chickens, and getting the garden ready. As we approach the season we cant help but wonder how all the other Ranchers & Farmers are doing with the economy and uncertainty of our world is. We continue to try to figure out how we are going to do get through it financially. We are browsing our goats on invasive species of buckthorn are hoping to raise mushrooms this year. All of our breeding stock were sold early last year and we wonder how it will go this year.
