Hello from Maybelle Farm.  My name is Kathleen and  we are very excited to offer some wonderful workshops and farm events between June 13th and Sept.12th.  First on June 13th we will host a Planning and Planting a Dye Garden Workshop.  The hrs. are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and a farm lunch is provided.  The cost is $50.00/per person and the instructor is Jenna Konesko.

Next is June 20th: Beginners Spinning workshop from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.  The same afternoon is a Wild and Woolly workshop from 1 to 4 p.m.  Both classes taught by a wonderful instructor Patty Blomgren. Each class $50.00/person

Sat. July 18th is  Fiber Fun Day at the farm.  Come spin at least 10 mystery fibers, enjoy morning coffee, a delicious farm fresh lunch and afternoon tea. We spin,laugh,eat and enjoy being with other fiber friends. Cost is $40.00/person

Tuesday July 28th Come enjoy an afternoon tea party at the farm. Its 2-4 p.m. and we sit under the maple trees,watch our sheep and spin,knit and talk.  Cost is $20.00/person.

Sat. Aug. 15th Harvesting from the Dye Garden and Dyeing wool.  Instructor is Jenna Konesko with yrs. of experience and the colors of the wool will thrill you.  Cost. $50.00/person.

Sat. Sept. 12th is an Open House at the farm to see my new Fiber Studio and visit with our sheep.  I will have raw wool,roving,yarn,dyed wool,needlefelting supplies and needlefelted critters.  I also teach needlefelting classes.

 This is our 10th year raising sheep and it has been a truely wonderful experience.  Please call to find out more about the workshops.
