F.A. Farm

Here on the farm we have all kinds of food and we like to serve it well. Back when I was a line cook, table presentation was crucial and it is heartening to see that Tabasco, our 18-pound red tabby cat, has assimilated the rudiments of what a main course should look like. Last night, when I had to clean up the remains of one of his vole meals under the table, I noticed a single ivy leaf that he had brought in with the vole as garnish. The dark green accents complemented the blood and grayish brown fur quite nicely. Well done Tabasco!
