New year is on the way ! What have you done for your body during this HOLLIDAY SEASON?The usual drill offcourse.More turkey and cakes to eat to make the occassion real sweat eh?
Here are some ORANIC THOUGHTS TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS STARTING WITH CUTTING EXTRA WEIGHT AND EXTRA STORAGE:

2-Consider why you want to lose weight.Awareness and knowledge once imprinted in the concious and sub-conscious level help motivate to follow through in the process.
3-Personally I beleive that DIETS do not work.I lost weight when I started reading signs from my own bodyand mind.Indulging in food could be an emotional or an addictive act.Every person has a different approach to follow according to once own traits and genetics .Do you have anyone in the family who is obese?Do you have anyone who likes to collect antiques or just is addicted to clutter?Study oneself more closely before you embark on diets programs .Know why you endulge !
4-Food is a natural need for sustaing the body and providing fuel energy for the human body.It is not a fantasy or a pleasure thing!
5-I found it helppful to lose weight when I started first detoxyfying and purging my digestive system of wastes and toxins.Colonics and enemas helped.Massages and accupincture in addition to switching to juicing and eating ORGANICALLY and LOCALLY GROWN fruits and vegetables.We gardeners nd farmwers can grow our own and save on the grocery bill, an advantage to consider at a time where people are losing their jobs and money is becoming tight!
6-Among my favorite purging foods are the following:GREENS-Dandelion -collard-cabbage-spinach.Herbs:Chamomile-mint-cuban oregno-parsely.Fruits:Papaya-Citrus-Apples-Avocado-Ananas
7-Drinking fresh spring water helped me a lot to lose weight.The human body is a complex of cells that bathe in interstitial fluid.Water constitutes almost 80% of the human body .Water is a solvent and a carrier of nutrients and waste through the blood and lymphatic system in addition to the interstitial fluid.
8-Exercise helped me a lot to sweat the exstra weight through my skin,kidneys,lungs.Perspiring is not an awful thing.It is a healthy sign that wastes are being carried away from within our cells outbound!People who want to lose weight will experience more smelly stuff in their system.
9-eating lots of garlic and more of yogurt ,less of bread and sweats and none of diet sodas and junk food and drinks helped me a lot too!
10-Last but not least.Breathing exercises and GARDENING ...are a must to keep you on the right path connected and grounded to the universal pulsing and vibrations that eminate through out the earth and the cosmos.
