Welcome to the Williamsville Farmers Market new blog. And thank you to Localharvest for this opportunity. We just ended our second successful market season. The weather cooperated, which made for a wonderful open-air shopping experience. Our community is really enjoying the benefits of buying local . . . from our farmers early spring greens to late fall potatoes. I have pounds of potatoes and winter squash in my "root cellar". I'm looking for info on preserving food easily over winter to share with our patrons next season. I would love to hear from you!
