Depending on how hard you hit your leg, Arnica can actually stop you from getting a bruise at all. I like to think of it as my little magical bruise herb.
In many places, where there isn't ice available, Arnica can be used to help quell the inflammation of a bump or bruise. Apply right after the injury and repeat daily until the bruise is gone.
