Rye flour

This past year we put in rye as a cover crop then this fall one of our customers began talking to us about milling our rye into flour, as a seed it is not edible among our animals.  We took the suggestion, had the flour milled and tested commercially and now have not only enough flour for selling at our local farmer's market but 1900 lbs. to sell to other sources.  Anyone have a suggestion on how to locate someone interested in purchasing the balance of our rye flour.  We did sell some to a local baker and at the farmer's market we go to in the summer but now that is closed for the season.  Looking for suggestions.
