Magic Meals Home Meal Delivery

It’s officially fall in our household.  Papa Harry’s Pumpkin Patch kicked off its 20^th season last weekend.  If you’re in the Ottawa area please come visit our family farm!  All of us will be working the Pumpkin Patch this weekend.  Stacey will probably be driving the tractor with hay rides to the pumpkin patch, Angela & Marley will be running the register & gift barn, and Evander will be just running.  We hope to see you there.

We participated in the third annual Ol’ Mary’s Chili Cook-off to benefit the Franklin County Firefighter’s Association at the Pumpkin Patch.  Our Sweet Apple Pork Chili cooked over an open fire was a hit (get the recipe here).

Evander had fun on the huge slide while playing with his cousins.  He wore himself out enough to actually take a nap on the ground, a previously unknown occurrence!

We also had a visit from Grandma Vickie.  Both Marley & Evander had a blast with Grandma Vickie and Grandpa Bennie.  We hope the come back to see us soon!
