Sunset Harvest Dinner

September 19th at 5:30 p.m. at the Milne Farm ( was

a special time for the Maryville Farmers' Market.   Partnering with

Foothills Land Conservancy, we held our first ever "field to table" dinner.

Chefs Josh Feathers, Maggie Davidson and John Antun prepared special

foods from the produce and meats from local farmers.  Flowers were local

A good time was had by all!  Local cheese, local wine, local food, local land,

local, local, local.  Buy fresh, buy local.


Hurray for the Maryville Farmers' Market

Thank you to all for the success of the 2008 Maryville Farmers' Market.

The vendors have been plentiful and productive and the Saturdays have been wonderful.

The customers have returned, the Daily Times does great advertising, the volunteers are helpful and we have a marvelous Market Manager.  Thank you to everyone.
