Colorful, kid-friendly comfort food

Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots in Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Blanch these nutritious vegetables (or any others you like) and serve them in a simple cheese sauce with Caribbean Lime Halibut or French Lentils with Sage Butter.  So easy that Jane can do it.

Steve has a contest on our blog.  We want to hear from you.  Leave a comment. We love to be interrupted.
