Braised Greens

Braising is a tasty way to cook fresh, local seasonal dark leafy greens.  Every time I cut some kale from my backyard, I am thankful that I live in a house that has a yard big enough to grow a few greens and a climate that sustains them all winter. Yum.

Our web cooking show, Cookus Interruptus has a how to video on braising greens.  Have a look.
