This succulent entrée is crazy simple.  The mirin (sweet rice wine) and tamari meld with the chicken to make a dark sweet sauce.  The oven does all the magic.  Watch video and print recipe here.

A flavorful Asian dish that incorporates dark leafy greens.  Vegetable Yaki Soba is one of my go-to meals when I can't think of anything to make.  Warm, nourishing garlic ginger broth with simmered vegetables ladled over noodles.  Young and old love this one-dish meal.
