CAN'T run with scissors. CAN stay warm with a bowl White Bean and Kale Minestrone. Cooked white beans, garlic, sage, ribbons of kale and a shredding of pecorino cheese on top. This is the perfect cold weather meal. Make some now. Serve with Our Favorite Salad and a Pumpkin Pecan Muffin. Also swell served with Emerald City Salad in a Roasted Squash half.
