Nolensville Feed Mill Getting Started

Greetings.

we are ramping up for the new country market with mostly local grown products.

We have a great line on Local Milk, Eggs, Produce and Honey.

However, we are looking into grains.

Any ideas in Williamson Country where we might get some wheat?

Also, I would like to find Organic Bread Makers. I know a few but they make the bread form home and I don't think the wiliamson Country healft dept will go for that.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Also, sometimes real nice organic bread is dry and hard as rock.

Any suggestions for a softer bread? I like rustic style myself.

Thank you for any suggestions you may have.
If you make bread, please feel free to email me mill@nolensvillefeedmill.com

Thanks, Darin

Hi Darin,

This sort of questions would work much better posted on our forum. Blogs are more suited for "journaling" than for questions and answers, or discussions.

Just click on the "forum" tab above.
